RESOLUTION 6520 February 6, 2008, the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage

under the First Additional Provision of Law 12/2002 of July 11
Cultural Heritage of Castilla y León.
In order to bring that declaration
the requirements imposed by that Act, pursuant to the provisions
Fifth Additional Provision of the same, it must initiate proceedings for the adjustment of this
Cultural Property in the category of Monument and identified
an environment that ensures sufficient protection of the Good of Cultural Interest
.
Therefore, the Service Management and Protection intends to carry out
record the opening of adequacy in the category of Monument,
defining an environment that ensures comprehensive enough
protection of this property, respect for the values \u200b\u200bof the same, its
contemplation, appreciation and study , as established by Law 12/2002 of 11 July

Adequacy of Fort San Carlos in Carbajales de Alba (Zamora)
Description: The Fuerte de San Carlos in Carbajales of Alba, is a singular example
defense held in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries in
Zamora province, related to the defensive strengths of
Portuguese-English border.
is one of the few examples of architecture preserved bastion
